SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are generally processed within available stock timelines. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, customs procedures, remote area serviceability or other factors beyond SkyBee’s control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Customers must verify shipping details before placing orders.

REFUND, RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

All sales are final. Products sold by SkyBee are non-returnable and non-replaceable. No replacement shall be provided after delivery. Customers must verify compatibility, dimensions, electrical ratings and suitability before placing an order. No warranty is provided by SkyBee unless specifically stated by the original manufacturer. Transit damage or shortage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video, photographs and invoice copy. Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment, product unavailability, or inability of SkyBee to fulfill an order. Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
